Aluminum alloy casting is a metal forming process that involves melting aluminum alloy at a temperature of 660–720°C and pouring the molten metal into pre-designed molds (sand molds, metal molds, or ceramic molds) to form custom components. It is widely used for producing complex-shaped parts with good mechanical properties—typically tensile strength ranging from 180–350 MPa, yield strength from 100–280 MPa—and lightweight performance (density of 2.6–2.8 g/cm³), which is 30–40% lighter than steel castings. Our annual production capacity for aluminum alloy casting is 8,000 tons, ensuring stable supply for both small and large orders.
The company was founded in 2016, is a zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, copper casting, scientific research, development, production, sales as one of the professional custom cast aluminum parts manufacturers and enterprises.
